Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and work with you toward a fair resolution.

 

In-Store Purchases

 

Refill products purchased in-store are not eligible for refunds once dispensed.
